Hello Mac, This was my first time taking the "D" class with you, It is good to know that old school professional like you are still around. You and I have some similar traits in law enforcement and it showed in your class. For those who are new to security, Mac will not sugar-coat it one iota and there is one funny mantra taped on the wall that will bring it home for those who are sensitive and it says "suck it up buttercup". I truly appreciate the manner in which this course was put together, there were new stuff put in the instructions that was not there when I last took it. I highly recommend to anyone entering the security field to take Mac class at "The Right Training" you will not regret it. Semper Fi.

If you're thinking about attending The Right Training, DO NOT hesitate. This is the absolute best place to get your D & G license. Great place, great instructor. Instructor Mac knows what he is doing and knows what he is talking about. Anyone can teach a class or do the online class, but here you get told stories from someone with 40 years of experience. Mac will share his experiences while teaching the class. This helps with the class by giving you a mental visual of what to expect from the life of security. By law, the class is 40hrs, but in actuality, it can be done 8. Laws are laws though. With Mac, he makes the 40hr class fun and interactive. There were some times we did go off topic, but again, it helps with not making the class mundane. Be warned ??. If you are "sensitive" you might get your feelings hurt because Mac is not the sugar coating type. But, if you get hurt feelings easily, then the Security Officer career is not for you. This is my second class at The Right Training because I had let my license expire and if I need to go back again, I will choose this place. So, if you are looking for a great place to get trained for you D, G, and conceal carry licenses, then I highly recommend The Right Training. The prices are fair and up front. There isn't a attractive window price with a dozen hidden prices. What you see is what you pay. And as a bonus, if you pay attention and have a good comprehensive attitude, you will get teachings reminiscent of a life coach. Good Luck to any future Security Officers.
